You Deserve It.
My first trip to Peru was a solo trip for my birthday. I'd never been to south or central America, or been on a mulit0day hike before, or even been at altitude. But delusion and audacity lead me to a 10 day solo trip where I hiked to the Salkantay pass, saw the sun rise over Machu Picchu, didn't get altitude sickness surprisingly, and had some of the best days of my life. And holy shit it took my breath away, the view, the people, everything, but mainly the altitude if I'm being honest.
